These terms govern your access to and use of Assetal ("we", "us") and the digital products listed by creators. By browsing, purchasing or selling through Assetal, you agree to these terms.

Marketplace

Assetal provides a platform where independent creators offer licences to digital assets. We are not the seller of third-party products unless expressly stated. Your contract for each product is with the relevant creator; we facilitate discovery, checkout and delivery where applicable.

Accounts and conduct

You agree to:

• provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• not misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt the site, scrape listings at scale without permission, or list unlawful content;
• respect intellectual property rights and only upload or sell content you are entitled to licence.

Purchases, pricing and tax

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected in line with our payment provider's configuration. You are responsible for reviewing the licence type (for example personal or commercial) before you buy.

Refunds and disputes

Digital goods may not be eligible for refund once downloaded or accessed, except where required by law or where we or the creator offer a remedy at our discretion. For disputes about a specific order, contact us via the details on the Contact page and we will aim to help you and the creator resolve the matter.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Assetal's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will adjust the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that operate alongside these terms.
